CONTEST ENTRY -----------
Enter your pet's photo into our SICSA 2009 Calendar Contest. There will be 12 winners. Each winner will be a featured "Pet-of-the-Month" with their full page color or black & white photo gracing the top of the calendar page.

Winners also receive a FREE calendar so they can proudly display their famous pet.

Runner-ups will be featured as smaller photos on the monthly pages.

Don't forget to order your own "Special Day" for only $10.

You specify the date and 6 words of text. Perfect to highlight a loved one's birthday, anniversary, graduation, pet's birthday, wedding, or special occasion. Then send them a calendar with their special day for a unique surprise! (example: John & Jan Smith's 50th Anniversary)

FREE PET PHOTOS --------------

Your $10 entry fee includes a FREE 5x7 portrait taken by MotoPhoto at these locations (appointment must be completed by August 17, 2008):

You will receive an email after you've regstered with a MotoPhoto number that will be required to process your portrait.

Make sure your photo is a high-resolution file (minimum 300 dpi). Low resolution or poor image files will not be accepted. You'll be notified if your file is not usable. Sorry, photos are not returnable.
